From the balconies, while enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, a beautiful view opens up to the city of Szeged, the Votive Church (Dóm), and sailing boats on the Tisza River.
With a light 10-minute walk, you can reach the city center, or you can visit the Liget (Park), which offers opportunities for running, dog walking, or picnicking.

We have 16 apartments with a total capacity of 72 guests, ranging from two-person to seven-person capacity. Every apartment in our building features a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, and a terrace. The Napfényfürdő Aquapolis is a 5-minute walk away, providing an unforgettable experience for both children and adults. The main entrance of the Partfürdő is also just 200 meters from the apartment building, offering opportunities for swimming, sunbathing, sports, fishing, and walks along the Tisza riverbank, depending on the season.
Our apartment building is pet-friendly! We are prepared to welcome any kind of pet. We provide feeding and drinking bowls. The accommodation of your pets does not incur any extra charges.
Our apartment building has its own playhouse for children, which is free to use.
It cannot be used during private events.
For our apartment building guests, we can provide a baby cot, a high chair, and a baby bathtub.
Guests have the option to choose a room service menu for breakfast, prepared by Dock Café.
The price is 8€ per person.
For the children's menu, we serve breakfast to our guests in the apartment in the morning for 5€ Ft per person.
Parking is possible directly in front of the building. It is paid parking on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, costing 260 Ft per hour or 1,560 Ft for a daily ticket. On weekends, parking is free of charge.
